mitchell report big bang inside mlb

Mitchell report: Big Bang inside MLB.

After a 20 months investigation concerning the use of performance

enhancing drugs by Major League Baseball players, the ex-senator

George Mitchell released the identity of a list of players who are

said to have used performance enhancing drugs.

The list of players contained in the Mitchell report is simply

impressive. Over 70 names are mentionned in the report. And NONE of

the 30 MLB teams are spared, each and every MLB club has at least one

player in the list.

The shockwave doesn't spare the province of Quebec as the 2003 Cy

Young winner Eric Gagn's name is present in the Mitchell report.

Gagn is said to have contacted an ex-New-York Mets employee, Kirk

Radomski, and told him he was interested in buying growth hormones for

himself. Radomski said that catcher Paul Lo Duca was used as an

intermediate for Gagn as he signed two checks of $3200 each in a 6

weeks span during 2004.
